‎Delivering a special remark at the occasion, GC Acting Chair Professor Alaric Tokpa framed the plan as a critical instrument for national transformation. "This is not merely a document; it is a governance compact. Our updated strategic plan is meticulously crafted to provide the structural and policy foundations required to actualize the ARREST agenda. It focuses on strengthening institutions, enhancing transparency, and ensuring that development is truly inclusive and leaves no citizen behind", Acting Chair Tokpa emphasized.

Rampsey T. Kambuyah, Law Reform Commission, Mr. Alphanso S. Samukai, Liberia National Police, and Mr. Alfred Drusay, Civil Society Agency of Liberia, among others.

‎"The Law Reform Commission is a marking of the Governance Commission," Cllr. Rampsey affirmed, recognizing the GC's mandate in shaping key governance bodies.

‎For his part, the chairman of the Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) Cllr. Dempster Brown commanded President Joseph Nyuma Boakai for initiating the establishment of the office of the War and Economic Crimes Court and called on the Governance Commission to stand firm in ensuring its implementation.

‎The updated strategic plan is expected to guide the GC’s interventions in public sector reform, decentralization, anti-corruption, and constitutional review, positioning the commission as a central actor in the nation’s development trajectory over the next four years.
